Rotary Centennial Park

This park is a quaint space, with a large green playing field, playground, display gardens and washrooms. It’s the perfect space to check out if you or your family need to burn off some energy.

Uplands Dog Off-Leash Park

As the name suggests, it’s the place to be if you have four-legged family members. This large fenced-off green allows everyone to stretch their legs. It’s a great place to meet other dog owners and let your dogs socialize.

Sendall Gardens

A lush botanical garden setting, where you can immerse yourself in 4 acres of stunning plants, trees and shrubs. The location is that breathtaking, it’s often used for wedding or family photos. You can find their tropical greenhouse open between the months of April to October. They have nature trails, duck ponds and public washrooms on site.

Portage Park

Located on the entrance to the Nicomekl Floodplain Trail system, Portage Park has a large green for all to enjoy. Found on site is an adventure playground for the little ones to have fun, a hockey field and public washrooms.

Hunter Park

A small but lovely park set amongst native trees and bush. You’ll be able to take a fresh breath of air while you explore the trails of Hunter Park. There is some playground equipment for entertaining the young.

Conder Park

Conder Park is well equipped with the essentials, a bright playground, ball diamond and washroom. A good space to burn off any excess energy.

Penzer Bike Skills Park

Nicholas Park

Iris Mooney Park

A small neighbourhood park set amongst the tranquil bush. This park will be sure to cater to your needs. It has a playground for the little ones and some green to stretch the legs.

Douglas Park

There’s lots of fun to be had at Douglas Park. With a large colourful playground for the kids, two tennis courts for everyone to enjoy, a water park, bowling green, sports box, basketball hoops and public washrooms. There is a recreation centre in the park which hosts programs for the Langley public. Its tranquil park setting makes it suitable for wedding receptions or banquets which can be booked in advance.

Langley Spirit Square

Set in Douglas Park, this stunning public square is home to a covered performance platform. This area can be booked in advance and is suitable for medium to large scale public events.

City Park

A large Langley Park is located next to Blacklock Elementary School. You’ll be able to find something for the whole family here. A large swimming pool, children’s waterpark, playground, lacrosse box, picnic tables, picnic shelter, large green to play on, washrooms and ball diamonds. The covered picnic area can host large groups which can be booked through the park.

Brydon Park

Brydon Park is full of entertainment with an Adventure playground, play area for hockey and basketball, soccer field, softball diamond and public washrooms.

If you make your way to the south-west end of Brydon Park you’ll find a peaceful lagoon. The lagoon has a trail around the edge with a chance to see some wildlife.

Buckley Park

This park is set in nature, with pathways included in the City’s nature trail systems running through it. Along with the large green spaces, you can find two all-weather soccer fields, an adventure playground, and public washrooms

Nicomekl Park

A good starting point for the many walking trails that run through langley. There is a large parking area to leave your vehicle and make a start on the trails.

Linwood Park

A lovely community park with a soccer field, user-accessible playground, washrooms and parking access. This place is also a great spot for furry friends with an off-leash dog park. You can go contribute or have a look at their impressive community garden too.

Tracks & Trails

Langley Trails

You’ll find a vast network of stunning trails throughout langley which connect to different parks and spaces. The Muckle Creek trails will guide you through Sendall Gardens, catching a glimpse of their tropical greenhouse and water features.

The Brydon Lagoon Nature trail will take you around the stunning Brydon Lagoon which is filled with wildlife. The trail connects to the Nicomekl Trail to Hi-Knoll Park. The area is filled with birds making it the perfect choice for any animal lovers.

The Powerline trail starts at Buckley Park and continues up the BC hydro through the city and ending at the Uplands dog park. A long trail perfect for those wishing to burn off some energy.

Nicomekl Flood Plain

The Nicomekl floodplain runs through the middle of Langley City and is home to a multi-use pathway that follows the Nicomekl River. The Rotary Floodplain Trail flows into Langley and connects with Surrey. This trail is frequented by cyclists, runners and walkers and connects up to other trails in the area. There is parking available off of 53 Avenue, 203 Street and 208 Street.
